An oval faceted ruby set with yellow gold claws, sits inside a surround of 22 round brilland diamonds in white gold, the outer edge of which is mille grained.
The shoulder tops have a diamond lock design, the centre holds a small stepcut diamond.
The ring is finished all round with a fine mille grain.
